COURSE ON THE MANAGEMENT
OF THE KNOWLEDGE


The course will be distributed and certified by SERFOREM, company dedicated to the activities of Consultancy, Audit and Formation in the field of the Technical Systems of Management. In the concrete scope of the formation in prevention of labor risks, SERFOREM counts on the Authorization to distribute and to certify formativas activities in the remote modality through Internet until the Superior level and in the specialties of Security, Hygiene and Ergonomi'a and Psicosociología (Resolution 506/2001, of 18 of June, the Chief of a main directorate of Work of the Government of Navarre).

Next, the characteristics of the course are exposed:

OBJECTIVE

To enable the assistants to identify and to integrate the different elements that conform the Management of the Knowledge; that is to say, to obtain the identification and analysis of the knowledge as much available as required, and the planning and the combat operations control to develop Assets of knowledge with the purpose of reaching the objectives of the Organization.

METHODOLOGY AND DEVELOPMENT

The course which we presented/displayed is a remote modality, that allows the student to mark its own rate of work, administering its time according to the availability on which it counts. The methodology is thought to guarantee a quality level adapted of the formation thanks to a continuous pursuit of the learning process.

The course is developed through 10 didactic units of practical theoretical character, counting on autoevaluación tests and a final work to present/display on the part of the student. It has a minimum duration of three months and Maxima of six, with a dedication equivalent to 150 hours lectivas.

After the overcoming of the course, it is sent to the student Diploma and Acreditativo Certificate of the received formation.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

In order to guarantee a customized and constant communication to the student a communication by email and telephone are offered, of constant form with the professor.

EVALUATION SYSTEM

With the purpose of assuring the correct learning the student, at the end of each didactic unit, the corresponding forms of evaluation will be sent that will allow the student to verify the knowledge that it acquires, reinforcing the learning. As well, these exercises, to the being corrected by the professors, allow to observe how the student learns and evolves. Also periodic surveys will be sent to the students, with the intention of verifying if the wished objectives are fulfilled.

SCHEDULE LECTIVO

The consultations, tests type test and exercises are recepcionan of form centralized in the service of secretariat of Serforem for, next, after their registry and validation, to send them to the tutors. This remission makes Serforem of 10,00 to 18,00 hours of Monday through Friday, being then when the tutors come to their correction. The telephone positions of a guardian and consultations with the tutors take place according to the same schedule.
